Welcome to Turd Snipers LLC (“Turd Snipers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using TurdSnipers.com or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Turd Snipers provides residential pet waste removal and related yard sanitation services. Service availability depends on location and scheduling.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe access to the property during scheduled service.
- Ensure all dogs are safely secured if they may become aggressive.
- Keep gates unlocked or provide access instructions before service.
- Inform us of hazards such as broken fences, aggressive animals, or dangerous conditions.
If we cannot safely access the property, the visit may be skipped and may still be subject to the scheduled service charge.
Scheduling
Service days may occasionally change because of weather, holidays, equipment issues, or unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant schedule changes.
Weather
Services may be delayed due to severe weather, flooding, lightning, or other unsafe conditions. Missed visits will be rescheduled when reasonably possible.
Payments
Payment is due according to the selected billing schedule. Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other approved payment processors.
Late or failed payments may result in suspended service until the account is brought current.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel service at any time. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to avoid future charges.
There are no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you believe a scheduled cleanup was not completed properly, contact us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, return to address it at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turd Snipers LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on TurdSnipers.com, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and branding, is the property of Turd Snipers LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
